Was an exact replacement for Sunfire tanning bed. Basement flooded and zapped the bottom two ballasts. Bought this and works like new!

The original lasted 6 years till water entered the cabinet and shorted it out. I expect this will be as good. The mounts changed slightly which was annoying but not insurmountable (pardon the pun).

So far so good. I bought these as replacement ballast to use in a 1995 Sunquest Pro 16S tanning bed. I had to do a little rewiring for these to work but it wasn't too difficult. The original ballast operated 2 bulbs each, the SunHorse ballast will operate up to 4 bulbs each. I ended up replacing all 4 of the top ballast with 2 of the SunHorse ballast. These are a lot longer than the original ballast but the mounting channel of the tanning bed can be moved to accommodate these. Also the wiring change is simple and the schematic is right on the ballast. I've only been using these for a couple of weeks, so I can't talk to the longevity of the product, but they both worked fine right out of the box.
