I bought this due to needing a new stator for my yerf-dog spider box gy6 150cc, if you have what I have, this kit should work, but the CDI box and stator must match this kit, as the old stator was 8 pole and this is 6 pole, overall good quality kit, gave me spark after the buggy sat for 5 years, gave it life again and install was easy, just needs a new carb now. Make sure to also double check your old spark plug coil/wire with this one, as mine was also different and is why I needed to buy another wiring kit.

The stator did not work. After installation and troubleshooting, finally I isolated the issue and discovered it was the brand new stator. For the price it's not even worth the hassle of removing and returning, luckily I had another working used one laying around. I would like a new one but this is all the effort I'll give.

Products seems to be fine but some of the wiring was confusing. As far as diagrams and instructions, there was a 1/2, a sheet of paper with a 0 copy of the harness WI know what's vague Mention of what goes to what. It was also a xerox misprint or some of the parts description Of where The Wire goes, to what component, it was cut off.I think they should have a link with the producto a video for that specific harness and what vehicles your opponent on would make life a hell a lot easier.. Then sit here in front of YouTube for 4 or 5 hours.Get nowhere

The bullet connectors on the stator did not match the harness so I had to solder the correct connectors on. And make sure you connect the brake switch wires together or to your brake switch or the engine won't crank.

Finally got around to installing this harness only to find out that the REGULATOR & STATOR are no good. Regulator only putting out 8 volts and stator has no signal to cdi
