Arrived on time. It is a little creaky when in use. Seems sturdy. My problem before with one was with the soldering. The ironing board just collapsed on me.

I do a lot of ironing for sewing and crafting pieces, and this ironing board has easily replaced my old one (which is now stored in the laundry room for regular clothes ironing). This board is extremely sturdy, which is essential when you’re ironing larger items (such as quilts or baby blankets). Speaking of larger, you’ve got loads more surface area to work with as well, and there’s a nice cushion to the board itself, which prevents unsightly ironing marks and allows for a smooth, flawless press.I especially like the tapered edge of the ironing board because it’s the right size to act as a makeshift sewing ham, which is perfect for pressing curved edges. So if you do need it for basic ironing/laundry purposes, it will absolutely serve you in that regard. If you need something that will be ideal for crafting and sewing, I highly recommend this board because it’s become a staple item in my craft room!

I am so pleased with adjustable base for height and the cover is secure. The Padding along with size, width and sturdiness of the ironing board is perfect.

Well-built and sturdy. The 15-inch width is perfect for the ironing I do for my volunteer work. Place for iron on the end of board makes it convenient for resting iron.

Just what I needed to replace my ironing board that broke the size and weight are great. It doesn’t move on the floor while you’re ironing so it’s heavy enough. The cover is fine. The padding underneath is sufficient would definitely buy again.

I spent more time than I’d like to admit trying to find an ironing board online. Being that there aren’t any real name brands, it’s hard to distinguish the cheap ones from the quality ones. I took a chance on this one, and I was very surprised at the quality. It is extremely sturdy, the padding is very thick, it doesn’t wobble at all, and the iron holder is very strong. I was not expecting a great quality board. Only “issue” is I found it a little confusing on the placement of the lever to close it, and it took me a minute to figure it out. I iron with my right hand, which means the pointed part of the board is facing the left. I wish the lever was on “my side” so I don’t have to walk around to close it.
