Absolutely love it!! I ordered this bed for my 9 yr old who was in bad need of some organization and it’s helping tremendously!!Instructions were easy to follow and all tools and parts included!! I was unaware that it comes in 2 separate boxes till the 2nd box came.Boxes are heavy so be careful and get some help carrying!!I’m a single mom of 3 and I was able to put the bed together for the most part myself pretty easily! There were a couple tricky times where I’m glad I had my daughters help holding up an end so I could tighten lolMy daughter has barely moved out of her room since it’s been up lol Thank you so much for such a perfect product!!!

The bed went together well and is exactly like pictured. The ladder is exchangeable to either end of the bed to fit the room. It seems to be well designed and built. The price with shipping is a good chunk, but far less than anything else comparable. The kid we got it for loves it.Recommend this bed for any kid's room.

While it took me 5 hours to put together, I admittedly was stoned the entire time. Not that hard, just time consuming.Customer support was great, however, when AI had a problem with one of the parts. They were up front and communicative about getting me a replacement piece. While I don't know the next time I'll be in the market for a new bed, I'd hypothetically check out this company again.

Really impressed with the construction of this bed. It was a lot of work to assemble but came out really great. Instructions were very clear and even gave warnings to specific details so that you don’t make a mistake on the steps that it could easily happen. Definitely recommend an impact and the hex head that drives the head to speed up assembly.

Warning this comes in two packages!Only took about 2.5 hours to put together with help. Instructions are super easy to understand and follow. If I had to i would buy this again as it was about 1,000 cheaper than the furniture store version for about the same quality and bigger size. Daughter loves it.
