Came in a box. Roll it out, cut the plastic off and let it form for 24 hours before sleeping on it and then it’s perfect. Very soft and comfortable. No weird smell. I’m very pleased. Great price. Easy set up. I did everything myself.

Soft but firm mattress. I bought it for my son. So far he loves it. Very comfy, no smell,great value, easy to assemble, not too heavy, great appearance.. true to size.

Very comfortable mattress of high quality memory foam. It has no bad smell, and provides good sleep quality. I recommend it highly.

Super lightweight and comfy, nice firmness for back support and the memory top phone adds a nice layer of softness. FYI I got the ten inch

I was skeptical about buying this mattress, but it turned out to be exactly what we needed. Very comfortable! Needs warning lable for when you cut it oppen.

I ordered a 12in mattress paid more for it and got mattress that is barley 11in thick which I'm not happy about other then that it's a nice mattress just not what I paid for definitely would not recommend
