I'd planned to use these "cheapie" fins for a play-around soft board because I thought they'd be firmer than the rubber ones. Upon receiving them, I was pleased to find they were more rigid than the plastic nylon ones I had on my go-to hard board, so I installed them on it (see photo). They're foiled and dimensioned nicely, look good, and easy to instill in FCS II boxes. Rode the fins in head high to small lined up Hawaiian conditions and found them to perform well; positive, responsive, and fast. At $10 a set, I'm going to buy 2 spare sets. Look forward to get them into some solid North Shore juice, that'll be the real litmus test. And if they don't work, I never expected them to in sizey waves, so no loss. Aloha.

No flex, completely stiff and brittle. VERY poor quality and misleading description. Avoid.
