- The Dachshunds can be sewn in most fabrics.
- I sewed them out of quilting cottons but stretch fabrics like fleece or minky would be nice and snuggly!

I am enjoying making these doggies. This is the second FFF critter I made. The directions are clear enough but I also used her online picture tutorial to guide me (link is in the pattern). Took me about 8 hours to make-but I went super slow and pinned everything. I will likely buy another pattern and try a different animal.

I work in a fabric store and love to talk to customers about what they are working on. A customer showed me a few pics of her creations from these patterns, and I fell in love. On my lunch break, immediately ordered a couple of patterns. Absolutely loved making my first baby, and gave it to my hospitalized sister as a pick me up. She's ecstatic about it, and I now have orders from other patients. Choosing coordinated fabrics becomes a fun process in itself. Only made the daschound so far but will definitely be giving others a try.

The result is a BEAUTIFUL stuffed puppy. But be advised, if you intend to follow the pattern and instructions to the letter, you'll want to set aside a lot of hours.

The pattern instructions were difficult to follow. So if you are a beginner, you need an experienced seamstress. Other than that, it was so cute when finished.
