It’s fine. The angled top plastic portion doesn’t allow the post to lower down to my preferred height like my old one but, it looks good on the bike and it didn’t break the bank.

Acquired this seatpost just to change or color match my mtb. Its looks solid and I like the one bolt set-up coz its easy to set the saddle. I haven't ridden it yet. I can't wait to ride it this spring. By the way I choose not to get a dropper post because my local trails really doesn't require a dropper set-up. It's more like a xc type trail. Just saying coz someone might ask why not get a dropper post.

This product is very well made, money wise it's worth it I am sure. So why the but you will ask.Once installed if you want just a fine adjustment it's not going to happen. It over sets by fairly large adjustments that you cant alter. I so you want say 5 mm off level, or 7 or 8 or 10mm you cant do it, you can only go to the nearest factory set. It is very hard to adjust. Like most cyclists if you want the sweet spot it's only going to get you somewhere near or not at all.This was a very promising item sadly maybe just for the person doing a couple of miles.
