I bough 2 sets of these to put computers, computer accessories, etcWhen they arrived one box was ok and the other you could tell a forklift had been put through it pick it up and bent 3 of the shelfs. This was my biggest fear but thankfully the manufacture made it right. I would not hesitate to buy again knowing the worse case is i have to wait for replacements. When i emailed the company they had me send pictures of the box, labels on the box, a number off the manual, pics of the damage. After that they sent me 3 new ones at no cost.

The shelves are sturdy enough and easy to assemble, main problem was of the two sets , both had bent shelves. There was no evidence of damage to the shipping boxes, so I can only guess they were bent before shipping. One shelf in each box. I decided against returning since I really didn't need the extra shelves and I figured out a way to repurpose them. I found that by standing on them I could straighten them out with only one weld breaking. It's a shame they don't have better quality control.

Assembly is child's play , but the clampsthat are supposted to hold sheling in place are flimsy will dry rot in record time . Seen this in other brands with this type clamps on much smaller plastic .To think, metal shelf to hold 300 lbs counting on plastic …
