Two coats on my acacia wood table made the wood look healthy and slightly shiny. Water beads up on it and I’m confident it will keep the table looking great for years.

I have a nice piece of fresh manzanita wood which I cut and shaped myself, and I really wanted to give it a sharper look, so I bought this bottle, and I poured some of it onto a napkin and rubbed it all Over the wood and right away I saw that nice sharp look where the different red colors on the wood stood out very nicely, I let it dry and applied it twice more and it came out beutiful. Though it smells really bad so you have to let it dry and air out for a while. And don't let it get onto your clothes, some got on my white shirt and it instantly soaked through and ruined my shirt and under shirt as it's oil, I am very impressed with this bottle, no need to apply different types of paints and chemicals to get that look, this bottle included it all. Very satisfied!

My teak chairs are new but had been outside for a couple of months before I put oil on them. They weren't weather damaged but there is a big different in their color and appearance after a coat of this oil. It was easy to apply and easy to clean up after applying. I plan to treat the chairs annually and I hope that they continue too look as nice as they do now. The only drawback is that my daughter was helping me and the fumes (yes, we were outside) gave her a headache. She was fine as soon as she got away from the fumes and took a Tylenol.

This is a great product. I have been looking for BOILED Linseed Oil for the longest time but I could only ever find it in large size jugs of a gallon or more, or the overpriced chemically mixed one. This oil works great, has very little [and also tolerable] odor and the price was right.First used it on my hammer's wood handle and it has restored the beauty of the wood. Had this hammer for nearly 20 years and got a LOT of use out of it. The wood was in good shape but visibly used & old. Putting about 10-15 coats of this oil on it has made it look almost brand new again. Now I'm currently using it on the Hickory handle of my Council Tools Woodcraft 24" Axe.I've put on about 10 coats (out of 20 planned) and it has already begun to show a beautiful finish on the axe handle. It was already a beautiful and smooth piece of wood, but after applying this oil it has really brought out the wood grain and has already created a very nice lustre as well. Can't wait to see what it looks like after the full job is done. The only thing I would advise other users is to be mindful of how they dispose of any rags, gloves, etc...that are used for application of the oil. It's certainly not dangerous in and of itself, but in some cases it has been known to become unstable and possibly catch fire/blow if you dispose of carelessly, crumble up oil-soaked rags in the garbage with no breathing room or without washing them. Extremely easy to avoid any of these issues, though.Me personally I apply with a disposable glove - sometimes in tandem with a paper towel or small hand-rag. Once finished, I rinse the glove & rags with warm water and either Palmolive or Dawn dish soap prior to throwing in the trash. Dawn works best for oil/grease but Palmolive has also been good for this. I've done it this way daily and had absolutely NO problems. Doing your clean-up this way simultaneously creates peace of mind and minimizes any lingering smell from permeating the garbage bag/trash can. I have never had any problems this way.Overall I definitely recommend this product for any wood treatments you have around the house. It's great.
