Fairly easy to put together and holding up well. A little shorter than I thought they would be for bad height but still look nice.

Simple little barstools that are affordable and easy to assemble. The entire stool is made from metal framing and just has a little wooden piece on top for the seat. These are quite small and not very comfortable at all, but I think they would be okay if there wasn't a metal piece sticking up on the back. It isn't useful as a backrest since it is so short, it just digs into you when you sit on the seat. I like that you can adjust the height of the footrest, but I wish you could remove that piece as well.

Nice and sturdy. Wish the backs were a few inches taller. Overall, good buy.

We have an island that has a large granite overhang on each end creating additional space for sitting at the island in the kitchen. This is perfect for our two kids to be in the kitchen eating while I am cleaning or baking. Sometimes they like to sit at the island and help with whatever activities I’m working on. It’s also a great spot for them to do their homework after school. It’s allows them to work independently but be within range for me to help them if needed while I’m cooking dinner. They were very comfortable for the kids. As an adult, I wouldn’t want to sit on the wood seat for a long period of time, but it would work for short coffee visits with your friends or hanging out For a little bit before other guests arrive or after the guests leave from any type of party. Generally speaking, any additional seating I can have at the house is great. We have people over all the time and whether they’re inside or outside, we always seem to need more chairs. the color didn’t really go well with the kitchen decor. However, I think I can spray paint these frames white and keep the woodgrain of the seat and have a fantastic solution that fits in with the existing furniture.

These are really nice, industrial looking stools. They are Easy to assemble, sturdy & the adjustable foot rests are great for those of us who have differing kidos with short legs. ONLY THE FOOT REST IS ADJUSTABLE - just to clarify. They were simple to assemble and are very sturdy once together. I love that they are level - no tottering or tipping at all. The included rubber feet are smooth and do not leave marks on our laminate flooring which is great. The seats are nice looking and smooth wood. The size is great to get comfy and not feel like you are going to slide off. The back rest is more of a hand hold to pull them around than it is any kind of support but that's fine with us. We have kids who were forever tipping back on the old stools and actually broke one of the backs so no back rest is fine for me. I like the rustic but still modern/clean look of them. They match our style perfectly and have held up well to my lil monsters. Very happy with them.

These stools with rectangular seats are exactly what I was looking for, because the round or square ones would take up more walking space in my little kitchen counter area. The stools were easy to put together, I just took my time and made sure I had everything laid out and had an idea in advance of where every piece went. I have come to enjoy putting my furniture together because 1.)I can see how it is made and 2.)I really dislike buying something already put together and then trying to get it home without damaging or scratching something, such as my car, the walls & doorways and the new furniture itself. Not a big deal but I feel it should be noted that the chairs have an adjustable step area. I sat on the stool with the fasteners in place to make sure I was selecting the right setting. You actually have to disassemble that cross piece and reattach it to the new location, so I checked while I still had the tool handy in case I had to change it.The seat is actually bigger than it looked in the pictures, and I love the handle on the back, makes it easy to move the chairs around. I thought the seat might be uncomfortable but it's really not. The woodgrain surface has a texture and seems thick and sturdy. I don't feel like the color could wear away or scratch easily unlike some manufactured wood products I’ve owned in the past. I also love the metal frame, kind of gives an industrial or minimalist vibe! I'm also very pleased with how well they fit in my kitchen, and how comfortable they are.Recommended!
