The sleeve is very fragile...I accidentally tore it on the edges. Still used it but the print quality is not there. Need to be very careful when handling and inserting...

Printer MFC-8710DW. I used cheap toner and killed the printer. I cleaned everything and it still would jam or print very bad. I replaced the fuser and roller and it is back to working great. Watch YouTube videos from 303 Electronics for instructions. (How to replace fuser unit brother ...). Will only buy Brother toner after this!

Everything arrived as scheduled. With the help of the video I was able to install the new parts with out any problems. No more paper jams from the rear of the printer and printer output is much better than before.
