I have ordered two sets of these over the years. They are a great direct replacement for my Hayward filter. They hold up well to repeated cleanings and keep our water looking crystal clear. Typical life of the filters for me has been about a year, but it depends on pool usage of course.

We had our pool replastered so we bought a new filter cartridge. I saw this in Amazon and it says fit the Hayward c30303. Its been 5 weeks and the water is still cloudy and dirty and we checked the chlorinator and water chemistry and couldn’t find the reason why water still cloudy. So when we checked the cartridge filter we noticed it doesn’t fit in properly. It was loose. Too bad its more than a month and can’t return it now. Lesson learned- don’t fall for cheap prices.

Overall good for the money but you will spend more $$$ overtime. Lasts for up to a year if your lucky.

Holes for mounting to filter assembly too small, have to hammer it into place practically. It makes it very difficult to remove.

This season my local pool stores were struck with a filter shortage, so naturally I took to the internet. After handing the filters to my pool guy he was thoroughly impressed with the quality for the price he asked me to share the link with him for his fellow customers. Will defiantly be ordering again.
