I recently took my kids to a convention in Hawaii and cosplayed as Alastor. These glasses are perfect for the look and showed up exactly as pictured. They were hard to keep on, just due to the design, but I don't see a way around that.

The monocle is exactly as it's pictured, as is the chain it comes with. There is only one thing to note: the chain is very delicate, and it was quite tedious to untangle even one small knot. Still, it will make a good addition to costumes and cosplays.

I got this to use in Steampunk cosplay and think it's such a great idea! A monocle can easily get uncomfortable and difficult to keep in place, so the idea of pairing it with the temple part of actual spectacles is pretty brilliant.I was a bit confused about the chain part since it does not seem to have much practical use and is simply dangling in front of the face. However, some reviewers refer to an actual fantasy character costume this can be used for - so maybe that is the reason.

Firstly, price point wise for what it is, a bit too expensive! I had to do some research to find out it's the eyewear of a character on a TV show but generally without knowing, it's an unusual bit of kit for cosplay or steampunk fashions. I got this for my hubby to wear as part o his Hallowe'en costume but not to portray the character. Needs a bit of adjusting to sit on your nose and around your ear. A great topic starter especially as I didn't realise it's connected to a show.

Last minute I decided to add a sexy nun Alastor cosplay to my convention lineup and this monocle set worked perfectly! It took a little finagling and bending to get the monocle to sit just right while wearing a nuns habit, but it looked great!

This is a great eye piece for any one wanting to cosplay as alastor from hazbin hotel. It might need a bit of shaping to your face and getting used to it only being on one side but once you do it’s great.

I grabbed this as a little novelty item as a fan of the show it's from but after it arrived I was surprised by just how good the quality was. having done cosplays with friends in the past for events like MCM, things like this are always perfect little final touches.
