The sponges arrived in a vacuum-sealed bag, but when I opened it, the sponge didn't return to its original size, rendering it unusable for my filter. The vacuum-sealing process damaged their structure. This product is priced the same as those offered by competitors, but unfortunately, it is of poor quality and trash. I have returned.

Filters are not an exact fit or match. So far water quality and clarity is the same as the name brand filters!
