Your cart is empty. PEI Sheet Use: Thickness: about 0.17mm
Compatible with PLA ABS PETG TPU and other most filaments.
When the print is completed, let the bed cool, and the part will be easy to release from the PEI surface. Parts are actually easier to remove if released before the bed becomes completely cold.
Sticker Base:
It is adhesive-backed for easy installation
PEI Sheet Maintenance: Clean in between prints with isopropy alcoho and a lint free rag.
Acetone can be used instead of isopropy alcohl, but the bed must be cold if acetone is used. Optionally, light sanding with 600-1000 grit sand paper can be done after lots of printing to give the PEI sheet more life.
Package Includes:
1X 310mm/12.2 inch Steel Spring with PEI
1X 310mm/12.2 inch sticker B side

This is the only PEI coated bed I have that literally bubbles up whenever I try to print PETG (bed temps of 70, not even that high). The bubbles will then obviously ruin the bottom of whatever print tries to go over it. Get a powdercoated sheet instead of this cheap crap.

When I received mine, the smooth PEI was attached to the spring steel sheet. The black textured sheet was not installed. It's easy to install though. The black rough textured PEI surface is not as rough a texture as a powder coated PEI sheet. The smooth PEI side gives a nice satin finish to the bottom side of the part. Both sides give excellent part adhesion when the bed is leveled properly. They release easily. Finally I don't have to deal with glue sticks or having to put the old glass plate in the freezer to release large parts.

This is the second one of this brand I have bought. I have now tried 4 different brands and this one is by far the best.I needed a bigger size for my new printer and this thing works great with PLA. I have had other brands that don’t stick nearly as well as this one.One side note, not so good for TPU, you will never get it off. I have to rub a tiny amount of cooking oil on the surface before printing TPU just to get it to release.

Ever since I got my Ender 5 late last year, and got to experience the extreme lackluster adhesion I received with the "Creality Carborundum glass". I purchased a PEI spring steel sheet for that printer, and never again had adhesion issues (no matter how small the part). With that experience in mind, when I got my CR-10s and had even worse adhesion with the plain glass sheet it came with, I got fed up and purchased this PEI spring steel sheet, and so far have had zero issues with adhesion, no matter how small the part. Before I purchased this print surface, I had replaced my springs with silicone replacements. An issue I ran into, while using this build surface, is that the nozzle / gantry could no longer get anywhere near it. I had to get a ~8mm spacer (placed under the silicone spring replacements) in order to raise the bed high enough, as lowering the Z-stop was not possible -- the gantry brackets slammed into the two Z-axis steppers.I'd have zero issues in purchasing another of these plates for any future printers. :)

EDIT: I've bought a second one for a second printer and the few quips I had about the first one are gone. Straight out of the packaging and onto the print bed. Clean with a little IPA and the prints stick. PLA, PETg, and ABS even though with the ABS I needed a 20mm brim.Straight out of the box I didn't get good adhesion. I took some fine steel wool and scrubbed the surface and whipping down with IPA. I did this multiple times, the last few times with the bed at 60c. That was 6 months ago and all I've had to do since is occasionally clean it with IPA. It's been great.I've read other's having issues with the magnet at high temps. I never go above 90c and I've yet to have an issue.

This my second one, the first being the 220mm size. I have a textured glass plate with a chip in it and after a while the glass is really hard to adhere to anyway. This metal plate is flat all the way across and the magnetic grip is strong. I gave up using alcohol to clean the PEI sheet and now use steel wool pads with detergent with great success. I wet the steel plate in the sink and without wetting the steel wool pad very very lightly rub the the PEI sheet using a circular motion until a tiny amount of soap appears, about the pressure it takes to squish a marshmallow. Rinse the PEI without touching it and wipe it dry using a paper towel. The PLA sticks every time and no wear is apparent even after two months of printing every day. These are great build plates.

I would give this more stars but the first one I got bubbled on me. I had the bed at 110 C to print ASA and between the temp and acetone used for cleaning, the coating was not a match - but should have been. It could be they use a lower quality PEI, I'm not sure, but whatever it is, it bubbled off the steel it was adhered to and my nozzle drug through it on a first layer travel. I have BLTouch bed levelling set up and don't drag on the stock build surface so I am positive this is what happened. So, beware of temps and chemicals.Using the new one to print PLA and it works fantastic! But PLA is hardly a test of something you know?

I've been using this flexible plate for many months now. This thing is a game changer. So easy to pull the plate off and pop a print. The magnetic sheet went right onto my heater plate. The steel is held down by the magnet. I tried the TPE side a few times with PET and then just flipped it over and just use the PVA glue stick on the metal. It works like a charm! I had to level the bed without the glass plate, and re-calibrate the Z height since the spring steel plate is much thinner. After that, It is really better in so many ways. The bed even heats up faster, the glass had too much thermal mass and would take forever to heat up before.
