I am a homebrewer and do pressure fermentation. This will be used as part of an automated pressure management system using Home Assistant. The voltage range on this is 0.5 to 4.5 volts but the ESP32 ADC can only handle a maximum of 3.3 volts so I built a voltage divider with a couple of resistors. I configured ESPHome and flashed the ESP32. The voltage readings were drifting quite a bit so I added a capacitor to the circuit and it helped but was still not acceptable to me. I tried a different type of ESP32 and it was much better. Seems not all ESP32 boards work the same. I then added a linear filter to ESPHome and some smoothing and now it is working the way I want it to. Now I have to build out the rest of system.

Great pressure transducer. It requires 5V, which is great for small microprocessor projects. Also, the pressure range is converted linearly to voltage between 0.5 and 4.5V. That means you know if you have a failed transducer or loose wire if the voltage is 0V. The waterproof wire harness can be detached from the transducer if either needs to be changed. The pigtail might be short for some applications, but the tinned bare wires allow you to connect the transducer however you need. The wire size is not labeled, but per my measurements they are somewhere between 20 AWG and 22 AWG.
