This heat tape is of decent quality. It is not super thick but that lends to ease in applying the tape to rounded edges of tumblers. I really like a thicker tape for other sublimation projects but this tape is good for tumblers and mugs.

This tape has a variety of uses.I got it to use in soldering and desoldering with a hot-air rework station.The heat gun has multiple nozzles to focus the hot air, but even so there's a risk of loosening adjacent components on the circuit-board. Or damaging them.Masking the surrounding area with this heat-resistant tape solves that problem: I can heat up a component like a USB charging port on the board, and remove it, without anything around it even getting warm.This tape is an essential for any soldering kit.

This tape does do its job, although it is not as strong as I was hoping for. Fortunately, there are six rolls so I can use lots of tape to ensure things are taped down properly and it doesn’t come undone. My biggest concern is that it leaves residue behind. I didn’t notice anything on the shirt that I did with it but I was doing some sublimation on aluminum blanks and as you can see it did leave residue on the back of the aluminum.

My son needed a small amount of heat tape for a project, and this worked perfectly for him. I did not use it for sublimation, but it's geed quality, and came neatly packaged. I have tons left over, so I will probably pass it along to my sister who does sublimation crafts.Good value!

This heat tape is good quality. It is easy to adhere to items but also easy to remove. It withstands high heat. I have used quite a bit of this and it is a good product.
