sorrel herbs are a delicious addition to any herb garden

About Sorrel Herb

Sorrel herb seeds, also known as Rumex acetosa, are the seeds of a perennial herb that is widely cultivated for its tart, lemony leaves. The sorrel plant is a member of the buckwheat family and is native to Europe, Asia, and North Africa. The sorrel herb is highly valued for its culinary and medicinal uses. Its tangy leaves are often used in salads, soups, and sauces, and are also used to add flavor to fish and meat dishes. Sorrel herb seeds are easy to grow and can be planted in a sunny or partially shaded area with well-draining soil. They should be sown directly into the soil in early spring, and will germinate in 7-14 days. Once established, the sorrel plant can grow up to 24 inches tall and will produce harvestable leaves throughout the growing season. If you're looking for a flavorful and nutritious herb to add to your garden, sorrel herb seeds are a great choice. With their tangy taste and health benefits, they're sure to become a staple in your kitchen and a favorite among your family and friends.

It arrived early seeds haven't sprouted yet, it's too early. Amazon keeps saying package is late, but it arrived early. Nothing negative to say.

Quality seeds, I'd say 95% of the ones I planted germinated. They'll go outside after ny last frost date. I would recommend this product.

I was a little worried because these seeds were put in an envelope, just a regular letter envelope and put in the standard mail. I was wondering if the seeds were crushed, but they germinated just fine and they look great. It is too cold to put them out now, but I think they will survive and put out a good crop this summer.
