Oiled: this extremely durable boot is made with a full grain leather. It features an injection formed front shin guard and three new alloy buckles, which are replaceable. It is also waterproof thanks to a breathable membrane liner we call Gaerne Drytech. A gum rubber sole completes the task for a great feel and control of the bike.

From the bottom of the heel to the top of the boot, it's 14'' tall. Some knee braces won't fit so you might have to tuck them in a little about half inch-1 inch or so. No problem with that while riding though, just walking you feel like a cyborg. Toebox is roomy enough unless you wear wool socks or something.Would buy again.

Real high grade leather, butter break in time, and comfortable enough to wear in general…highly recommend these for the ADV commuter.

Super comfortable out of the box.. a little snug and would order a half size larger if I did it again just for thicker socks room.They may stretch a little over time. Probably not quite as protective as my old Thor’s from years ago but more comfy. I would recommend them.

I got these for Christmas and just trying them out riding around my yard the top strap snapped in half for no reason at all. The rest of the boot seems like decent quality but they're kind of useless if you can't strap them to your feet. I tried to contact both the seller and Gaerne and got ZERO help. I'd definitely be looking at the Alpinestars instead and certainly will never buy anything again from MASS Depot.

Really comfortable, bought to wear on long adventure rides where hiking and off bike activity would require extra footwear if boots were not comfortable. So far they really are working well, they are getting more comfortable with each ride and they were nice right out of the box.

I got tired of motorcross boots for woods/trail riding and these fit the bill perfectly. Shorter, lighter and more flexible than any motorocross boot I have ever owned. The gum soles do well on the ground and I can actually walk around comfortably in these! Beware there is no steel toe which would have made these perfect but you can't have it all :) Get them you will not regret it.

I was a little sceptical shelling out the cash for these high end trials boots. The instant you slip your foot into them , they do measure up to all the hype- very good comfortable and firm fit, quality workmanship. My only negative is the lack of protective padding in the toe and top of foot area. I could see breaking foot bones if getting smashed between the motorcycle and a rock or tree.
