Giving 3 stars because the only color stars it emits is green. There are no green stars in space. There are blue and red appearing ones so either those colors would have been okay. I was expecting blue-white or yellow stars. The nebulas are pretty cool and if it weren’t for the stars, I’d give this 5 stars.

Wow that's a bright night light! Great value for money and perfect size for a night stand, looks unassuming and blends in well with books jewelry box. The color options it gives you and brightness adjustability adds to it's functionality.

Lightweight and silent! Looks great on the celling, and the remote is direct.Sleep feature was key for me, and it works great!

I must be a sap for cool lighting!I find it helps relax me. So I have several including a Raspberry Pi I use with a Unicorn Hat (technical SB Computer gizmo - just saying I like lights), 2 Himalayan Salt Lamps, Color dome orb that rotates patterns on the walls, and a few outlet-mounted that project stars onto the ceilings.Yep. I like that stuff. This has a great "swirly" quality that the others don't have. I do like that it comes with a remote with battery installed. I don't need to program anything. Just unpack and go.What I didn't like:It comes with some sort of odd mount to hold it at an angle to say, project it onto a nearby wall, but that lacks in many ways. For one, the main one, it doesn't work. It falls off. There is no good way to attach it.Other observations:Despite the stand not working, I am aiming it mostly at a cathedral ceiling in my Living Room.It has a few backgrounds and foreground setting to come up with a color and speed of rotation. A few settings, but not super customizable. But the "swirl" is where it excels. I watched it for a good half hour and it could easily be a device you'd find helpful in self hypnosis or positive affirmations repeated back in your own words! (Note: It doesn't feature this. You would have to find some other device for that). And yes, I'll invent it with you! (I get first author). But despite the lack of stand, I gave it a 4. And that's because I'm a sap for lights 🙂 and I love the swirl of it. 👍

Other than the radiation burn from the laser beams to the eyeballs, it seems to project a decent image under the ceiling!
