These are great training balls for younger ball players. The ice cream cone version is fun looking for younger players and they want to go out and train with it. I use it for pop ups and far off catch. It's great because it's soft on the sides so that if it hits him it's not going to make him go off crying. When kids are scared of getting hit they tend to not want to learn properly. This is a great training tool!
