Item had a bent mount for the right armrest. This plainly a manufacturing defect.Chair seems sturdy enough other than that. Seat padding is thinner that expected.No customer service from seller. Update: be aware that if you have a problem with the chair, the seller's solution isfor you to take it apart, ship it back to them at your expense and maybe they will give you a refund for the shipping and the cost of the chair. I had to get Amazon involved to get a refund. Avoid this seller.

I don’t have any to compare to because this is the first gaming chair I’ve, I’ll say you get what you pay for it’s nice and do the job for me that won’t use it that much. Other thing is that the parts are not label like they come in the instruction manual, mine didn’t had any label at all we had to be looking at the pictures to put it together, but I’ll say it’s worth the money you pay for no more or less

Got this chair for my husband and honestly it's really good and especially for the price. Only issue we had was one of the bolts had issues but was a easy fix. One complaint I would say to the seller is please think about using something other than FedEx because they are absolutely terrible with deliveries.
