A little thicker and stronger than the usual thing in the art store, more flexible as well - the regular brittle/stiff ones break. There are measurement markings along the edge. I just now realized that this is being sold for fruit growers to measure cherries for market grading, not to draw cherries. Okay, they're excellent circle stencils too.

Other than being a different color than shown, these are otherwise perfect and thicker than expected, which suggests they'll be pretty durable as well. I'm not sure what the unit of measurement is for the holes, but they number from 2 to 40 with a circle symbol with a line vertically through the middle and sticking out of both top and bottom. The 2 circle is very small, the 40 hole is very big. Millimeters of diameter, perhaps?
