It wasn't a perfect fit I had to stretch to fit on a couple parts but overall I got it to fit and cover what I needed. I had to make two holes which were waayy off. But I did like the material that it was made out of

When I got this, I laid it on top of my old piece, and I could not get the holes to align from one side to other. I tried to install, and it would not lineup at all. I ended up buying the OEM part, and it lines up perfectly. So wasn't made very well.
