Installing was not too difficult but did require my own hardware as it does not come with any. It fits fine and looks good. However, after 60 mph, you hear wind noise more through it than original. That is because the original had foam on the inside while this one doesn't.

Replacement for liner that got chewed up on interstate. Fit perfect and was easy to install.
