Replacement heater core for vw passat 2005.

Inexpensive but perfectly sized match for OEM heater core. Will have to see if the lighter grade construction holds up over time. If not, it’s a real bear to replace, taking about 8 hours of labor. If it does hold up then it’s a great value for the price.

So this is a perfect fit for a b5.5 Passat. Few things to note: 1) the swap is very hard to do by yourself 2) there is a smell of the glue from foam strips when heat is running
