I ordered this Garden Hose Reel for my new 100 foot hose I just bought. My old hose was difficult to use. Not so with this hose reel. It is easy to pull the hose out to use it and easy to reel it back in. I attached the hose reel to the side of my shed and so far it is working great. It's well made and should last a long time. I'm glad I ordered this Garden Hose Reel and recommend it.

It’s durable, smooth-operating, and packed with convenient features like the detachable mounting system and integrated tool tray. However, the subpar hose adapter fitting is a noticeable blemish on an otherwise excellent design.If the manufacturer addresses this issue in the future—either by upgrading the material of the fitting or making replacement parts more accessible—it would easily earn a perfect score. For now, I’d still recommend this reel for its overall performance and quality, but be prepared to handle the adapter fitting with care.

I love this hose reel, it was super easy to install and love that you can just take off the rotating center and store it away in the winter. I am going to install a used towel rack to hold mine in the basement. I have bought cheaper version/similar to this hose reel but glad I splurged on this version!!!

Worth it! Came with good hardware. Not too difficult to install into concrete. Cranks smoothly and easily. Accommodated 100 feet of hose with room to spare. Will make hose-related tasks so much easier.

vERYThis is a very attractive reel. Reviews are not great. We are checking a problem we hope to resolve. We owned one of these at another home six years ago and we were happy with it.

Product is nice --- directions and hardware for concrete insertion were awful --- to the seller --- you can't tighten outer bolts easily after you have been hammering them ! Get a new method for the concrete anchors please ! You should provide an installation link to an installation video as well....otherwise like the product!

Keep looking. The leader hose leaks immediately upon installation.
