Easy to use and very budget friendly watch. I bought it to record tracks so I can see them on the map later. Now I am using it to reach my sleep, body battery, and stress levels. There are of course a lot of better options out there but far more expensive. I am very happy. One thing is that the strap could be a little bit longer.

Took a minute to adjust and figure out all the functions, since was not familiar with the operating system, but once got that figured out was a very reliable watch.Grate GPS tracking feature for runners.

Garmin è una garanzia!Utilizzo dispositivi Garmin da anni sia per running che per ciclismo)e mi sono sempre trovato più che bene e questo modello non fa eccezione!Ho comprato questo modello per mio figlio che dopo aver iniziato a fare atletica necessitava di poter monitorare i suoi allenamenti!Si è trovato subito bene.Di dimensioni modeste risulta comodo anche al braccio di un ragazzo.Ha tutte le funzionalità di base dei modelli più blasonati e non gli manca nulla di quello che serve per avere tutti i dati essenziali delle proprie corse!Consigliato a tutti coloro che iniziano o che non necessitano di funzioni più dettagliate e a chi vuole tutto l'essenziale ad un prezzo moderato!

Great entry level sports watch. Tracks everything that I want it to.Intuitive to use and looks smart.Great battery life, only needing to charge once every 2 weeks, even with lots of activity.

I have owned this watch for a while so that I'm now familiar with many (but not all) of its functions. I originally used it for running. Now I use it for walking/hiking, cardio workouts, HIIT, and strength training. And that is just scratching surface of what it will do (please don't ask about other functions -- there are many I have not used). It holds a charge well and the time it takes to recharge is fast. The watch receives a GPS signal quickly when preparing to walk or run. When saving an exercise activity, it will sync to your smartphone. You can then upload the data to the Garmin online app. You can review the details of your activity when done with the phone app which provides a wealth of information. The heart rate data appears to be reasonably accurate when I have compared its measure of resting rate to that of other devices. Finally, if you get a text message to your phone and the phone is nearby (in your pocket, etc), the text will briefly appear on the watch. While it is not the top of the line Garmin watch, I am hard pressed to find any fault with it. Sure, some Garmin models play music. But on those occasions where I want music, I can either use my phone or my mp3 player.
