It's more expensive than the knock offs, but the knock offs have not lasted very long and they don't quite fit right. It pays to buy the band made for the watch. Good fit, easy to put on, no problems.

I was so happy to find a replacement band for my Garmin! The first one had lasted me a very long time and I thought a replacement wouldn’t be available. Also, very easy instructions and the tool needed to do it.

The band was advertised as fitting a Forerunner 45s, but the replacement band did not have an end piece anywhere close to the 'docking' portion of the watch itself.

I was concerned that the band wouldn't fit or the color would not match as I have had my 45s for 3 years. Thankfully my concerns were unfounded. Old band came off easily with included screwdriver, cleaned the tabs before snapping the new band on and replaced screws. Took 2 minutes. Color on old band definitely faded but watch body and new band match perfectly. Sorry I waited so long and spent so much time looking elsewhere. Might get the black band to have a spare and be able to create a new look when the mood strikes.

Perfect replacement for my now dingy white band. Comes with a screw-driver and replacement screws.
