Doesn't even cover factory holes. To small to even cover the factory casing . Does not fit . No we're near fits. Do not buy

It fits right over the stock plastic. I pushed it all the way on so it's flush. The perfect circular size and 4 screw tabs inside is what keeps it tight. I used a screw drill to get the screws started. I never tighten with the drill I go manual for the final tension so not to strip it. All 4 screwed snuggled up just fine. It looks and functions great. I'm pleased.
