Had to pull the gas tank on my 04 Mustang and all the videos said to make sure you have this grommet so I did. Didn't need it cuz I was careful pulling out the filler neck but seeing as I have this new one I might as well use it. I put a few drops of zoom oil in the groove and wiped the hole also, went in like a dream. If yer gonna drop yer tank, at least have one of these on hand, oh, it looks exactly like the one Ford put in.
