Perfect fit. Comes with filler cap, cover, clamp and the lower packing/gasket. Clamp is terrible, won't tighten, acts stripped out. Additionally ordered filter. Clamp is only reason I didn't rate it a 5.

My old reservoir had a stripped cap that I couldn't open anymore & also was leaking around the clamp seal.This reservoir fit my '09 Kenworth T800 perfectly.

Perfect fit on peterbilt 379 with cat c15 acert motor. The clamp that came with it fell apart immediately so I reused my old one. But the housing and gasket were perfect. Would definitely buy again
