Base gasket goes between the petcock base and the tank.
Bowl gasket goes between the screen and the bowl.The key to a successful installation on this gasket is not to over tighten. No more than 1/2 turn after firm contact is all you need.
Packing gasket goes behind the lever face.
Lever gasket goes into the groove of the lever.
All parts should be lubricated before installation.
