Granted, the hot swappable magnetic keyboard market is fairly new and there are not many options yet. However, as far as hot swappable magnetic switches go, these are much much better than magnetic switches from even a year ago, and fair better than most stock magnetic switches. The BOYI keyboard comes with fairly decent switches, and these make the keyboard sound and feel better. Smooth, little rattle and sounds really good.

I got these to try out on my BOYI keyboard. I replaced a row to compare them to the ones that came stock. They seem to have a slightly lighter spring and are maybe slightly quieter. It wasn't enough of a difference to where I felt it was worth the time to replace them all though. That's not saying they aren't really nice switches, it's just the ones that came with the keyboard are also really good. I actually prefer the slightly stronger spring, especially on the keys that I have multi-functions attached to. I'll hang on to these for if I get another magnetic switch keyboard with less good switches.

The switches are amazing. The action is buttery smooth and springy. Often times pre-lubed switches don’t feel very lubed. But these are so smooth. I think they work with north south LEDs since polarity is not an issue with hall sensors. And because of the nature of them, they should outlast the owner of anyone that buys them. I’ve have mixed results with Gateron but they apprear to be upping their game as of late. And these are a great example of this.Note: these will not work with a regular mechanical PCB. You need a specific magnetic one.
