Works on a 2010 Ram 1500 (this and 19569). I couldn't find the correct hoses for my truck and these (this and 19569) looked the same, so I took a chance. They are in fact different, the water pump end turns UP instead of DOWN, but there's plenty of length before the bend that you could mount that end in either direction without a problem. I also needed to trim a couple of inches off of one of the hoses so it ran parallel to the engine.
