Gasket too large to fit in Mopar housing and consequently rolls off the flange -will leak.

It was ordered for my specific vehicle, there was not a notch as my old one had, but that may have been my fault when I ordered I didn't notice it missing. Only saw that Amazon said it was a fit for my truck. My coworker recommended the gates brand so I wasnt worried about the quality. But sometimes you dont know what you are getting by ordering online. It was a little bit of work, but we did get it to fit. Have had no issues with it, already driven 300 miles with it installed.

O ring is missing the tab. If that is wrong, what else is wrong. I'm not putting this in my Jeep only to find out it was wrong. Why take the chance? I know it's only a tab, but that tab allows you to properly line up the thermostat. If it's not in right it doesn't work. WHY would they send it out without the tab when the tab is in the picture???????? Now I have to find it somewhere else and return this junk.
