The 7PK1930 belt in this kit appears to be OEM quality or better. Tensioner has good pulley and bearings and seems to work smoothly. Before you order a belt/tensioner kit for your 2.4L Camry, determine what belt is on the car. I know it is difficult to remove and re-install the belt, but if your car has a K070763/7PK1938 belt, you should order the compatible kit. The 7PK1930 belt in the 38216K kit will not fit your car with the tensioner supplied in the kit; even at full tensioner deflection, it is too short. I had to return the kit I ordered. Amazon made the return process very simple. One thing most install videos leave out, is make sure you have a HD 1/2" ratchet that can take out all the "slack" on the tensioner. This is important as there isn't much working space. Also, you do have to remove the top"torque" mount and also take the nut off the RH forward bottom mount in order to raise the motor enough to get the bolt on the tensioner out. When raising the motor, use a piece of 2" wood under the oil pan when you jack it up. This is not a job for someone without proper tools or experience. Support the car properly and work safe. While you have the belt off and motor raised up, check the other pulleys for wear/noise, especially the water pump. Keep that Toyota running!

Belt in this kit is 7/8" shorter than OEM size and was impossible to install. Had to use OEM lengthe belt and that was a major challenge to make fit. There was no way on earth this belt was going onto the car. Way too short.

The belt that comes in this kit is too long. The tensioner does not have enough movement to take up the slack and it causes a squeal....even though the box says not to separate the parts and to install both. If you hold the belts next to each other there is a noticeable difference in the length. . Tensioner seems to be ok for now. Hope I'm not doing this job again in the near future.
