I have an Exmark Quest zero turn with a 48 inch mower deck. I had the original belt break on me at about 250 hours. I was sold this belt as a cross to Exmark's 109-5364-SL belt part. We mowed only about 4 hours and we had this belt break. All the pulleys, blade shafts, and tension pulleys seam ok. Maybe they are not. The Quest parts catalog belt mentions Kevlar. I see nothing in the Gates Blade Runner belt description mentioning Kevlar. I've bought another Gates 6708BR belt as it had good availability. We will see how long it lasts. Otherwise, Back to the manufacturer and we'll see if their belt works longer. If this was a Gates manufacturing defect maybe my auto parts dealer will replace it.
