This is a perfect fit for i1050 cub cadet that needs a drive belt every year or two. Can't find out why it's so hard on drive belts, it's been pretty much Junk from Day 1 but mtd would not make it right .

Generally a good product, this was a replacement of the same product that failed, snapped, on the third use. Usually get at least 100 uses.

What's going on? I thought Gates was supposed to be the best quality out there. Why do these belts break so easily? Why can't they have a metal core or something? Something UNBREAKABLE!!! I'm getting sick and tired of changing belts on my mower 3 - 4 times a year. Somebody make a good quality belt already. This is ridiculous!!

Gates has always been known for their excellent specialty drive belts. These high startup torque belts have outlasted all the other brands that I have tried. I highly recommend Gates Power Rated belts for demanding high initial torque situations.

This belt is a perfect mower deck replacement belt for our Mower.The Gates Belt is a good replacement for the OEM belt and seems to hold up very well.Fits great and seems to work well.Priced much better here than local.

The Gates green Power Rated belts are far superior for wear and durability than OEM belts. I used one for eight years on a previous riding lawnmower, in which the engine died before the belt gave way. Amazing... OEM belts last
