This pcv valve looks good but the threads are not tapped. It will not start properly so I didn't force it. I bought it Dec. 15th and just had the opportunity to install it. Now I have to go to the local auto parts store to finish the job. I had it too long, can't return it now 25$ wasted

This part did not fit my 2007 Jeep Commander 3.7L, but that's okay. The plastic part and gasket attached were brand new, so I removed my old part swapped the gasket and plastic piece from the housing, and it's running like new. 1/3 the price of the auto parts store and running like new. Worth every penny. If your having trouble with fitiment like I was try swapping the new plastic to the old housing like I did.
