They look much nicer in listed homes than a cheap flyer. I put anything the buyer might need into this folder and leave several in the home to assist the buyer's agent. They are reusable, which saves money.

I use these to keep household things in order. One for vacation itinerary and receipt and reservations when on the go-perfect to throw in my suitcase & keep organized on my trip. I used one to keep my son's "to pack" items organized for going off to college. They're great for multi-purpose and not just reports. I like that I can slide additional sheets in without removing all others.

My only problem with this item is that the dark binding part on the left hand side where the clip is, takes away a lot of space from the presentation page. I purchase many of this from different sellers, for simple things like my printings from online cooking recipes or putting my monthly calendar on a neat printed calendar. This would be good for a small presentation where the left hand margins are atleast 1 1/2 inch.
