Whoever is managing quality control needs to be fired. The tolerances in threading aren't bored right. The opposing ends on these metal pieces are facing opposite directions when tightened to the max. Totally returning this product for a refund

I contacted your customer services to see if the product in question would fit. She told me “YES” and I placed the order. When it arrived it was not the correct size. I will need a return slip.

Threaded parts did not line up when screwed together, another 1/4" twist and threads stripped. See pic 1 and pic 3(stripped threads). The metal was very narrow diameter and so this was a very flimsy lawn bag. Poor quality.

I have a little over half an acre of land to pick up leaves and I figured I would get this bagger for my manual lawnmower to get a bit of exercise in. Sadly I wasn't able to. It is a really good concept but manufactured terribly. The pole wouldn't screw in and another pole seemed to be bent. I ended up giving up.
