After 3 years, my GE refrigerator had stopped cooling one evening - I would hear the compressor start up for 2 seconds followed by a click then silence. Based on that, I knew it was most likely the start relay or the capacitor. I didn't have the tools or time to test each one separately so I ordered both parts. One quick swap later, my refrigerator was back working. If I had to wait for maintenance to come into my apartment to repair my fridge, I would be waiting up to 1 week but thanks to Amazon and YouTube, I fixed my own fridge in a little under 24 hours.

Bait and switch not as picture cheap product not worth the $34 they charge -I would call it theft others may call it something else.

I bought this for a GE refrigerator and it says it’s compatible, when install the compressor took very long to start, when it did it was humming loud. Have a frigidere which also needed a start relay and run capacitor so I tried it and it works flawlessly
