I bought these ballast to convent 32watt and 40watt fixtures from Fluorescent to LED. They worked great and can be used with both LED or Fluorescent bulbs in the future. They are quiet and in some cases were exact replacement as far as fitment. New LED bulbs and ballast cost 18.00 a fixture and reduced 80-watt fixtures to 30 watt and 64-watt fixtures to 30-watt.

This is replacing older electronic ballasts (that had previously replaced even older magnetic balasts) ... so far, they are working fine. I like the fact that I don't need to be concerned about needed to turn these lights off and on with more frequency than we used to.
