Exact oem replacement. Unfortunately have had to order this prob 5 or 6 times over the years because the engineers that designed this thought it would be good to put a piece of plastic on the end. That is ALWAYS the piece that breaks.

I needed the plastic hinge links mostly. Check the cable length before buying if you need the cable replaced. Dishwasher door works as before.

After locating this much needed piece for my older model appliance it was easy to install. I used the hook mechanism and reused the original wire since it was thicker. I am happy with this purchase. If this is all you need to continue using your machine it is well worth it!! Another DIY project completed!!

They were a perfect fit. Needed You-Tube to install the cables. Not thrilled with the design. A plastic catch on the end on a metal cable. But that is on the dishwasher manufacturer. Perfect fit and working well.

Heard a loud spring snapping noise and didn’t know what it was. Later that night when I opened my dishwasher, the door came crashing to the floor almost taking my leg off.Removed the kick plate and saw the existing spring hanging. This product is easy to install (with YouTube reference videos) and no complaints so far!

I love our dishwasher. When the door spring let loose I thought I'd need to either pay for an expensive repair or buy a whole new unit. I searched online for fixes and found this one, watched some videos to make sure I could do the repair, and then ordered it. It wasn't the spring, rather the little nylon piece broke that attaches the spring and cable to the door. Worked like a champ. Hardest part was figuring out how to pull the dishwasher out a little bit so I could put this on (just a couple screws holding the dishwasher in place). So if your dishwasher door is flopping open and you have moderate DIY skills and motivation then this might be an easy win for you.
