EDIT: I first purchased this knob in May of 2023. Yesterday, September 23, 2023, the knob broke off. This gear shift knob should last more than four months. I mentioned earlier that I had to hot-glue the gear shift bag to the knob attachment. That fix lasted only a month. Anyway, I am hoping that this is a fluke thing (the knob breaking off), and reordered another knob. We shall see!I bought this as a replacement for my shift knob in my Mazda 3. It was really easy to install, but the bag on the bottom of my shift knob doesn't attach in any way to this new one. I did a temporary fix by hot gluing the gear shift bag to the bottom of this gear shifter, and it's holding for now. I hope that it is a permanent fix as I love the ball, and have received a lot of compliments on it.

It goes on with adapter but it's definitely cheap made as mine still has thread showing and ball makes shifter super taller.

This is sooo cute!! I loved it! But it broke on my second drive with it! 😳 it was super easy to install in my car but it broke, they did send me a replacement but the second one broke also. Perhaps the screw on part should be inside the ball…at this time the ball sits on the metal part and it came off. Dangerous also since I was driving when it came off.. I tried glueing it with heavy duty glue but it didn’t stick.

I love this but still can’t figure out how to put it on in my car no instructions and I’m clueless no mine doesn’t just unscrew it has a boot
