To be honest, I thought I was getting "dumb" window/door alarms that would simply chime/alert when a door was opened. These have a whole wifi/app capability that I cannot comment on, because I never tried using it.

Geeni makes good looking hardware. The problem is that their software usually isn't any better than some of the cheapest stuff in the marketSo these look great, feel great, and they CAN, work greatBut they often are just inconsistent. I have quite a few window sensors. Some work well and fast and accurately. Most are 80% accurate with some lag or some misses. It usually isn't a huge deal as I know better than to trust these as real alarms. I like to put them in mailboxes or to trigger lighting scenes etc. I don't really think they should be trusted as home protection alarmsGenerally you can get these window sensors for about $10-$15 so Geeni price is average. The quality seems great but these are larger than most which is not a benefit and they are definitely not anymore reliable or consistent than any others I own. Overall, I give these 2.5 stars and I would not recommend

Good product for an easy way to monitor if doors or windows are open. Has decent battery life and connected easily.

Just as described. Arrived promptly.I bought these and mounted on my windows and they were easy to install and the sticky back is very strong. I like how I can set their trigger in the app to notify me whether it's instant or if the window is left open. It's nice because when I leave my house i can check the app if I am second guessing if I shut them all and I don't have to go home to reverify. Love the profucts.

This product is a great security tool for the price. It works with Wi-Fi and Google home and notifies you by siren (which can be turned off) and/or by notification to your phone when you are at home or away. If I were to get a notification that an entryway was breached, I could check my home cameras to see who was coming out going from my home. I love these door sensors and highly recommend them.
