This does come smashed up to fit in the box but you can bend the gems into whatever shape you're going for (I mean, within reason). The stones are on copper wire and are easy to move. My wife absolutely loved it.

This is a beautiful item that comes in a nice box for gifting but if you are gifting it, know that you have to open the branches and shape it. There is no photo from seller indicating the look that you are trying to achieve. A simple colored card should be added. I had to text the recipient a photo of the heart because otherwise its in a ball of cooper and stones.
