I recently got into hat-burning & hat making and ordered this mainly for a western themed accent piece to go around my cowboy hat.The strap is adjustable making this a simple choice to wrap around the top of the hat to finish it off.Stone is an imitation turquoise piece-definitely NOT a real one by any means. It is quite obvious as soon as you look at it that it is not real but knowing this by the listing that is fine.Silver finials on ends are decent quality-not flimsy. Strap is NOT leather, feels a bit like plastic.Came packaged nicely in a neutral-toned (beige-ish) velvet drawstring bag.Would make a great inexpensive gift for someone.Overall this works exactly what I needed it for and I am pleased with my purchase.The only reason I deducted one star is. I think the price ($13.99 at time of posting this 05/18/25) could be a little lower.Due to the size, fakeness of it and faux-leather material I feel $7-$10 would be more on target.

This is a nice bolo tie but the cab screams "plastic" so I'm uncertain how often I'll wear it. If only the mfr fabricated the red plastic blob with texture to simulate an actual rock or mineral, that would suffice. See the close-up photo of the plastic cab-disappointing.

This is possibly the best bolo tie that I have received yet with regard to quality it is excellently well made and it is not flimsy or cheap looking it definitely looks more expensive than what it costs. The size of the stones and the detailing is very well made, this tie just looks well manufactured. The rope is soft the tips look good it is good value for the money I got the black stones with the red and the small red stones shine plenty nice and makes a great combination with the black stones against the silver decorative background. Again very well made and I strongly recommend this brand of bolo ties, good value. Thank you Cheers

This is an nice looking bolo tie. Certainly not heirloom quality, but from a few feet away it looks very nice and wears just fine. I recently started wearing bolo ties with the Western style vests I wear, and this is a nice addition to my modest collection of bolo ties.I ordered the “Blue Turquoise.” This is more of a mid-sized bolo tie, but the cord is plenty long. The turquoise gems look nice, and the detail on the metal backing in nice. There is a faux patina coloring added that’s alright, although it does look better in the pictures in the Amazon listing. In the pictures it looks like more care was taken to only wipe off the coloring that wasn’t in a crevasse. On the one that I received, it looks more like the coloring was applied and then quickly wiped off with a rag. Parts of the surface still have the coloring while some of the indentations were wiped clean. Still, from a couple of feet away it looks fine.While probably every bolo tie I’ve gotten is made from some sort of faux leather, this is the first one that states PU leather. I appreciate the honesty, and it looks just fine. I also appreciate that it has the snap closure on the back rather than the simple friction fit most of my bolo ties have.This is an fine bolo tied for a an attractive price. I think it looks good on me and I certainly can recommend it if you like the look of it.

The silver is shiny and has a heavy weight to it, and the black rope of the necklace is thick and looks durable. I feel like this necklace is pretty good quality, especially for the price. The ends to the necklace that are silver are weighted as well, but I feel that will help the necklace stay in place when wearing. It’s easy to put on and takeoff.

This is my first bolo tie, and I really like it. It looks great, and it's easy to wear. I find that I have to keep the ends slightly offset to keep the metal ends from clanging when I walk. A great addition to a formal Western look. I'm very happy with this piece. Jesus is king!
